pyarrow.chunked_array(arrays, type=None)#

Construct chunked array from list of array-like objects

Parameters:

arraysArray, list of Array, or array-like: Must all be the same data type. Can be empty only if type also passed.
typeDataType or str coercible to DataType

Returns:

ChunkedArray

Examples

>>> pa.chunked_array([], type=pa.int8())
