pyarrow.compute.nanoseconds_between¶
- pyarrow.compute.nanoseconds_between(start, end, /, *, memory_pool=None)¶
Compute the number of nanoseconds between two timestamps.
Returns the number of nanosecond boundaries crossed from start to end. That is, the difference is calculated as if the timestamps were truncated to the nanosecond. Null values emit null.

Argument to compute function.
- endArray-like or scalar-like
Argument to compute function.
- memory_pool
pyarrow.MemoryPool
, optional If not passed, will allocate memory from the default memory pool.
