pyarrow.compute.utf8_is_space¶

pyarrow.compute.utf8_is_space(strings, *, memory_pool=None)¶ Classify strings as whitespace.
For each string in strings, emit true iff the string is non-empty and consists only of whitespace Unicode characters. Null strings emit null.

strings (Array-like or scalar-like) – Argument to compute function
memory_pool (pyarrow.MemoryPool, optional) – If not passed, will allocate memory from the default memory pool.
