pyarrow.compute.logb

pyarrow.compute.logb(x, b, /, *, memory_pool=None)

Compute base b logarithm.

Values <= 0 return -inf or NaN. Null values return null. Use function “logb_checked” if you want non-positive values to raise an error.

Parameters

xArray-like or scalar-like

Argument to compute function.

bArray-like or scalar-like

Argument to compute function.

memory_poolpyarrow.MemoryPool, optional

If not passed, will allocate memory from the default memory pool.
