Creates a Flight service.

Parameters:

allocator - Memory allocator

producer - Specifies the service api

authHandler - Authentication handler

executor - Executor service

createFlightClient

Creates a Flight client.

Parameters:

incomingAllocator - Memory allocator

channel - provides a connection to a gRPC server.
