public final class TinyIntVector extends BaseFixedWidthVector implements BaseIntVector, ValueIterableVector<Byte>
TinyIntVector implements a fixed width (1 bytes) vector of byte values which could be null. A validity buffer (bit vector) is maintained to track which elements in the vector are null.

      Instantiate a TinyIntVector. This doesn't allocate any memory for the data in vector.
