Description [src]

Normally, you don’t need to call this function because the S3 APIs are initialized with the default options automatically. If you want to call this function, you must call this function before you use any GArrowS3FileSystem related APIs.

Parameters

`options`	`GArrowS3GlobalOptions`
	Options to initialize the S3 APIs.
	The argument can be `NULL`.
	The data is owned by the caller of the function.
`error`	`GError **`
	The return location for a `GError*`, or `NULL`.

Return value

Returns:	`gboolean`
	`TRUE` on success, `FALSE` on error.
